Our shares include fruit. Strawberries, blueberries, peaches, plums, apples, and sometimes melons are a part of our shares depending on harvest.
How much food is in a full share? This is a hard question to answer. Quantities are so hard to visualize. Greg and Andre both have families with one five year old child and eat about a full share. That being said some families of four still get our half share. The best thing to do is look at the drop down menu under CSA and see what a share gets in a year. Two folks cooking a lot will use a share.
